I hope so. We definitely want to have another child. Having Max has been an amazing experience. He surprises e every day. In a year, he has grown so much, now he crawls and is starting to walk.
What makes your marriage work?
I have the most wonderful partner in Jordan. We make it a priority to work on our marriage. You have to take it seriously and respect each other and be a team. We always have date nights as well — it helps to keep the marriage alive after you have kids. My husband and I love to play board games together.

Although there are some signature songs on his forthcoming album Akon says his fans should expect a new style on the Konvict/Upfront/SRC/Universal Records set, due Dec. 2.
We changed the sound up a lot, the 34-year-old Senegalese-born artist tells Billboard.com. Everyone adapted to the sound already, so we had to switch it up. Now were bringing the whole Euro-club sound. Thats where were headed with it.
The synth sounds heard on tracks like the single Right Now (Na Na Na) exemplify the more dance/techno-driven music Akon has crafted. The crossover track is currently No. 18 on Billboards Pop 100 chart and its accompanying video, helmed by director Gill Green, premiered online and on BET last week.
Other examples of the new sound include dance track Keep You Much Longer, the T-Pain-assisted Holla Holla, the bassy and on which Akon sings, I see you in the club / I wanna get with you / youre so beautiful, over quick drum riffs.
Second single m So Paid, featuring Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy, caters more to Akons urban fanbase, as do tracks like Be With You and Sunny Day. Kardinal Offishal, Colbie ODonis and new Universal Motown group Sweet Rush make appearances on the set.
Then there are songs like Over the Edge (No matter how far you fall down / you gotta be ready to stand up) and about a mans affinity to his ladys birthmark, which feature a more serious, compassionate Akon.
The singer/songwriter/producer plans on going on a 10-to-12 city promotional tour a week prior to release in support of the album, plus an official concert tour in February. He is also running a contest online through which fans can submit videos stating what freedom means to them for an unspecified prize.
Akon is also working with a watchmaker out of Switzerland to design two exclusive watches, one called the Marinello, and the other as-yet-unnamed, which will be a wrist watch/phone combo. He is also launching his Konvict clothing line in February, and his more upscale apparel, Aliaune, in the fall of next year.
Additionally, Akon is currently in the studio with artists signed to his own Konlive Records, including Tami Chynn, Colbie ODonis, Kardinal Offishal, T-Pain, Ray Lavender, R. City, and Brick and Lace, among others, and says fans should expect to hear music from all of them next year.
Akon has also been busy producing, performing or writing with a glut of other artists, including Lady Gaga, Kat De Luna, Lionel Richie, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, 50 Cent, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson. The latter two recently had Akon-produced songs leak online (Like I Never Left and Hold My Hand, respectively), but Akon is unsure if either track will be included in either artists comeback albums. With those types of artists you cant really say, he says.
Akons 2004 album has sold 1.6 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen Soundscan, and 2006s has moved 2.9 million.

She gave birth to her first child Max and is now celebrating ten years in the music business with a brand new CD.
Aguilera, 27, has unveiled the first video from it, where she appears as a superstar, super vixen and superhero in Keeps Getting Better - the title track from her new Decade of Hits album.
The petite popstars new record also includes some of her biggest hits like Genie in A Bottle, Lady Marmalade, Dirrty and Beautiful.
When the album hits shelves from November 7th, it will be a battle of the divas - with new tracks from Britney Spears, Beyonce and Leona Lewis being released at the same time.

The album is epic, flowing, expansive, and, to me, very emotional. None of the tracks are pop songs, or easily digested. But if you have the patience, and an open mind, maybe itll grab you just as tenaciously as it has me. The chorus (the only way I can classify it) contains only two lines, sparsely repeated:
Spirit.
How long?
Notice how the muted organ and the glorious Kyrie-esque choir kick in at about 2:45, coalescing into pure harmonic bliss as Mark Hollis pleads for his friend to find his spirit, to ask himself how long can this continue? Then it dives into uncertainty and anxiety before bringing us back to heaven.
This song is about heroin addiction. I am not a prude about drugs in general, but some are just bad news. Really bad news. I never touched heroin, because, frankly, I dont think that I would survive the addiction. Few do. A childhood friend of mine died from a heroin overdose. And he wasnt your stereotypical junkie (as most arent), just a guy who was overpowered and then destroyed by the drug.
But you know how I believe in the power of music. I dont believe a single song can cure you of such a nasty disease (and yes, drug addiction is a disease), but I cant help thinking that music can help. If you ever find me down, strung out on heroin (not going to happen, but Im trying to make a point here), play this song for me.
I may not be completely receptive to it, but I will hear it. I will hear the plea to search my soul, to tap into my spirit, my inner strength, and maybe ask myself how long I can stay on such a destructive path. And maybe, when the choir kicks in, I might have a sickly epiphany, rediscover my core, and surrender to any effort to help me.
Please, sweetheart, never forget your spirit.

Britneys spectacular fall from grace aside, she was always more talented and resilient than her Mickey Mouse Club co-star, and her reinvention as a 1940’s siren for her third studio album, “Back to Basics”, was a stroke of genius, channelling her out of teen pop and into a more sophisticated sound.
For her Abu Dhabi debut, the Jean Harlow coiffure had been replaced by a snappy fringe, and her reworking of the jazz, blues and soul styles that had garnered her a Grammy nomination for Best Vocal Pop Album, was slick and oozing with diva attitude. Images of Gladys Knight, Otis Redding and Billie Holiday flashed up on a screen, leaving us in no doubt as to which eras she was referencing during “Back in the Day”, and energetic flapper routines from her spat-sporting backing dancers warmed the stage with frenetic sizzle.

Abu Dhabi: Christina Aguilera confided to reporters at Emirates Palace here that her life wasn’t always full of happiness and success.
There were reasons, she said in a press conference on Thursday, for everything that she’s done in the past.
“As a woman I think it’s important to be expressive of all facets of myself including my sexuality, so it’s an empowering thing for me,” said the Latina diva ahead of her Back to Basics concert on Friday at Emirates Palace.
“As an artist I would never hold back expressing myself in ways I see fit, especially now that I’ve become a mother. It’s important to maintain the person that I was before I became a mother so I can share with my son (Max) everything that I’m about and proud of.”
She said she is glad that she was able to go through the experience so that “I can teach my son not to be closed minded and give women the respect that they deserve as far as being able to express themselves and not feel that they have to live up to society’s certain standards”.
For several years, she has been involved in charity work to help children and bring awareness to domestic violence.
“Growing up in a household that had a lot of that going on, it is something I’m very passionate about trying to get back and bring awareness to,” the 27-year-old pop star said.
Talking about her music, she said her new album will present all new material. She’s also releasing a Greatest Hits record in November with three bonus tracks which give a sneak peak of the new album, “a 180 from the last record Back to Basics, going into the old and paying tribute to the soul, jazz and blues music that inspired me and that I love so very much,” she said.
The new album is inspired from pop art, including Andy Warhol, and the visual direction that comes with it.
“I never like to do the same things twice, period - either creatively or personally. I continue to be inspired by new things that I can in turn experiment and push forward with new and innovative ideas. I find to not change is very stifling and I get bored easily.
“As much success as I ever feel fortunate enough to have received in my life, working hard for it, there are still so many more things that I have yet to do and goals to accomplish. Staying hungry is very important for me,” Aguilera said.
“I’m thrilled to be giving my first concert here tomorrow night. It’s going to be a great show, for the whole family, for your friends. It’s a feel-good show,” she said.
Los Angeles musician Taleen Kalbian, 21, who will open the concert for Aguilera, was present at the press conference.
Half-Armenian and half-Palestinian, Kalbian said she is a big fan of Aguilera and opening for her is a dream come true.

That new record set by Live Your Life only lasted one week, as Britney Spears (Jive) blasts 96-1, almost - but not quite - the biggest jump to pole position possible.
There are only four other positions on the chart from which an artist could make a greater bound to the top. Once a single does take the inevitable 100-1 ride, we can all be assured the record will never be broken again.
Looking at this weeks Hot 100 might make you wonder if that 100-1 jump is going to happen next week. Debuting in the anchor slot is a new Beyonce single, If I Were a Boy (Music World/Columbia). But dont look for a new record to be set when you read the next edition of Chart Beat. If I Were a Boy is charting based on early airplay - thats the same way Spears entered at No. 96 last week. The difference is that a digital single of If I Were a Boy wasnt released this week, so there isnt going to be an injection of sales to fuel a big move. Additional airplay will allow the Beyonce track to move up, and an eventual digital release could result in an impressive jump to first place, but not a record-setting move.

Christina Aguilera graced the stage at Londons Royal Albert Hall last night to headline the UK leg of the Thisday Africa Rising event.
Some of the worlds top musicians and models have already travelled around the globe in support of the Thisday project which aims to promote Africa for investment; not charity.
We dont like to brag but MTV UK News brought you coverage from Africa with Jay-Z, Usher, Mary J Blige, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Fat Joe Naomi Campbell, Ozwald Boateng, and Tyson Beckford!!! Yep.
The show then moved to Washington DC with the addition of Youssou Ndour and John Legend and last night, the final date, took place in Kensington. Trevor Nelson hosted the event with Xtina headlining, Seal in support and fashion shows involving Ozwald Boateng, Chris Aire, Naomi Campbell, Alek Wek and Tyson Beckford.
The Beautiful singer wowed the audience proving that shes back on form after giving birth to her first child, Max, ten months ago with partner Jordan Bratman.

Oasis got its second breath
For about fifteen years brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, who are the permanent leaders of Oasis, are one of the British tabloids favorites. Their regular quarrels, statements about the bands collapse and re-unions, substitutes in the lineup and love stories keep in tension not only the devoted fans of the artists, but also those, who follow the events of the musical world. This is no simple coincidence, as in spite of the alcohol abuse and scandalous fame, the brothers are genuinely talented. The rock hits from their debut Definitely Maybe have become the classics of the British rock. However, Oasis does not seem to leave the scene. It looked like a definite fact that the bands history was over after the release of their disc Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants, as after that the popularity of the collective started to go down, while the scandals between Noel and Liam became an everyday business. Luckily, after the hits compilation Stop The Clocks, which saw light in 2007, the artists got their second breath and started the record of a new long-play. Around the same time, Noel had a serious conflict with the unofficial drummer of Oasis, Zack Starkey, the son of Ringo Starr, former from the legendary band The Beatles. However, the musicians made peace and Starkey re-joined Oasis in the studio. This time Liam, the younger of the Gallaghers, not only shared the vocal parts with his brother, but also showed the best of his song-writing gift. The new creation of the band was titled Dig Out Your Soul.
Dig Out Your Soul: the thick sound of 80s
The time of acoustics by Oasis is in the past. On this album, the group will cheer the listeners with the thick rock sound in the style of 80s and even amuse with the use of orchestra in the arrangements of some tracks. The disc opener is the energetic rock composition Bag It Up with Liam Gallagher on lead vocals. The song is devoted to the mad days of Noels youth and has a feasible psychedelic slant. The track The Turning is built according to the classical rockroll canons and switches from the delicate guitar chords in the beginning to the forceful instrumental jam in the chorus. The song Waiting For The Rapture, in which Noel takes the solo part, has a memorable pop melody and a shade of flam rock. It is followed by the first single of the album The Shock Of The Lightning, which is decorated with the organ. This track has all that the fans appreciate in Oasis - the qualitative rock sound, powerful vocals, excellent drum work and the catchy up-tempo motif. I'm Outta Time is a beautiful piano ballad with the emotional vocals by Liam. The track (Get Off Your) High Horse Lady became one of the most striking and gorgeous moments of Dig Out Your Soul and has a musical bow to one of the favorite commands of Oasis - The Beatles. The dark psychedelic tune Falling Down with the orchestral arrangement is followed by the track To Be Where There's Life with the strong bass line. The line from this song gave the title to the disc. The long-play is closed with the hooking track Soldier On, which boasts with the synthesizers in the moods of The Who.
The forceful comeback by Oasis
The Oasis musicians are not tired to amuse the public with their works. Only a few listeners could suspect them of writing something more powerful and sparkling as the brilliant album Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants - however, here they are with the truly genius disc. Both the Gallagher brothers fountain with ideas and seem to be eager to surprise us with catchy tunes and tabloid sensations. Well, if we speak about the recent time, the role of the news breaker belongs to Noel now, as Liam grew up, dropped the bottle and became a caring family man. Even if the full-length Dig Out Your Soul does not gather a new auditory around Oasis, it is sure to cheer the old fans. It has the groovy sound of the full-blood boy band, the stylish 80s slant and miscellaneous arrangements. The use of an orchestra in the tracks itself demonstrates the musical growth of Oasis. Moreover, placing the classical instruments on the album in the moments, where they harmonically sound with the electric ones is especially praiseworthy. Writing the songs for Dig Out Your Soul, Noel based on his psychedelic experience of the insane youth - and he hit the message, as spiritually the musician is still young and boiling with energy. Besides, he has what to remember. Thanks to it, the disc features the tints of creativity by British rock bands The Who и The Beatles, added by their US colleagues The Doors. All this is flavored with the unprecedented sound by Oasis itself, which is back to shape again.

But fans are as impatient as ever; excited to hear the new "sound", Keeps Gettin' Better reached #7 in ITunes in a matter of hours of release and peaked at number 2 (hindered by T.I's Whatever You Like)...Aguilera knows that her mature fans hated hype so they will give this song a try when the babble calms down.
