This is Wendy, the event planner and admin for GlaxoSmithKline IT dept. She was a great help giving me some cannon fodder on all these guys. This was a blast and I have to admit a very tight nit and lively group! The food at Chamas Churrascaria was unbeeeelievable and served Rodizio style and let me tell you, immediately one of my favorite restaurants ever! I will definitely go back time and again! The staff was top notch and the different flavors of meat that they bring out on the skewers are mouth watering sensations and the salad bar is superb (try the smoked salmon...mmmmm mmm!)!! If your ever in the area and you love meat like I do, check it out. Don't usually plug the restaurants I work at but this one is worth it.

However ever since several "hot spots" were wiped out, the demand of the panties SURGED to a such a high demand that some girls has to change their undies 4 times a day to sell, to feed the demand.

What could be in store from a band that brought us “Pussy, Pussy, Pussy Marijuaaaaana”?  Brazilian Girl’s third release New York City (Verve Forecast, 2008) is less catchy then previous albums, but more complex and emotional.  The album is cohesive in its un-cohesiveness, a blend of genres, rhythms, eras, languages, timidity, sass creating a sound characteristic of the Brazilian Girls.
Maybe this hybrid sound comes from their varied nationalities, none of the Brazilian Girls are actually from Brazil, and lead siren, I mean singer, Sabina Sciubba is the only female in the group.  Or maybe it’s how the band, Didi Gutman-Keys, Aaron Johnston-Drums, Jesse Murphey (on hiatus?)–bass, and of course Sabina Sciubba-Vocals formed, frequenting and jamming together before taking up a residency at Manhattan’s bohemian club Nublu, or maybe it’s simply the way all good music is made, it’s just made.

A discussion of why investing in paid search advertising is not adequate to SEO a website and why you need to practice other search engine optimization strategies too.
Many businesses both big and small suffer unnecessarily simply because they are under the impression that is enough to simply pay for a listing in a search engine like Google. It is because they think that if they can buy certain keywords or keywords phrases there is no point to searching for them too. However many SEO experts say that paid search advertising is not enough. Just because you paid for it does not mean that this type of promotion will pay for all of your needs.
You also need to manually search engine optimize your site in other ways as well. Paid search advertising may not always cover your entire market. Yet another consideration is that paid search advertising sells the same keywords that you have bought to other webmasters so they are not exclusive to you. So if you are using the same types paid search engine advertising as your competitor, neither of you really have an edge.
If you find yourself in the position of buying search advertising it could also mean that your site was not designed to accommodate your SEO in the first place. When designing a site it is important to conjure up an architecture that comfortably adheres to SEO principles such as user friendliness, avoiding Flash animation, avoiding black hat techniques etc.
The fact is that if you have to spend money on paid search engine advertising, you probably dont have a site that is search engine optimized in the first place. The entire point of SEO originally was to find techniques that were free that would help raise a sites rankings in the search engines.

I liked being an air stewardess, it is fantastic fun flying all over the world. But I spent all the time flashing our knickers and stocking tops to passengers and the pilot. We often use to get extremely really turned on and wet then would soumetimes go in the toilet to play with myself. riding up my skirt over the stocking tops, feeling with my hands in side my knickers and bringing myself to orgasm.

Blake Mycoskie is not your everyday entrepreneur. A former contestant on The Amazing Race, he was learning to play polo in Argentina — not in a business school classroom — when he came up with the idea for TOMS Shoes. Dismayed to see so many barefoot kids, he committed to an unusual business plan: You buy a pair of TOMS, he gives a pair to a kid that needs them. This summer, Rugby is offering specially designed, limited-edition TOMS, marking the first-ever design collaboration for either company. We caught up with Blake in Los Angeles and got the story behind TOMS’s phenomenal success.
Rugby: First things first: You’re name is Blake, but your company is called TOMS Shoes. Can you please explain?
Blake Mycoskie: I started out calling it the “Shoes for Tomorrow Project” and then “Tomorrows Shoes,” which works because the company’s whole focus is on making a better tomorrow. But “tomorrow” wouldn’t fit on the tag, so I just shortened it to TOMS. Never did I think that TOMS would become as big as it is, nor did I think that everyone would want to meet Tom. Whenever I go to make a speech or attend a trunk show and I introduce myself as Blake, I see this look of, “Where’s Tom? I thought Tom was coming.” There is no Tom.
R: What’s the inspiration behind the design of the shoes?
BM: I was inspired by an Argentinean shoe, the alpargata. Farmers have been wearing them for years. The polo players, who are superstars there, started wearing them and so did their girlfriends, and they became very trendy in Buenos Aires. The originals had a rope sole, like an espadrille. I took the shape and improved it with a rubber sole for durability, and a leather insole with an arch support for comfort. The shoes at Rugby are  made from classic Rugby fabrics, like madras and repp striped ties, instead of canvas.
R: Why is it important to give people shoes?
BM: Without shoes, not only do feet get cut up and infected but there are millions of people who don’t live normal lives because they have a major foot disease. For example, people don’t realize that hookworms, which millions die from, come into the body through the feet. The overall goal of TOMS is to find places in the world where people are robbed of life because they don’t have shoes and remedy that.

R: You’ve given away TOMS in Argentina and South Africa. Where are the TOMS sold at Rugby going?
BM: They’ll be going to Ethiopia. The worst foot disease in the world is in Ethiopia. It’s called podoconiosis and occurs when microparticles of dust penetrate the skin, causing the feet and legs to swell up. It is completely preventable if people have shoes. I met a woman in Ethiopia who had Podoconiosis. Her feet were the size of elephant’s feet, and she was ostracized from her community. She was so depressed that she was considering suicide. After she went through treatment for the disease, she started wearing shoes and got involved in a vocational training program, learning hairdressing. When she went back to her village, she started a hairdressing business and made so much money from it that she was able to buy a donkey, which she rents out. Last year she fell in love and got married—all because she sought treatment and began wearing shoes.
R: You travel to some rough places. What are your essentials?
BM: I always take a bed bag, which protects from bed bugs, mosquitoes and other things that want to crawl into bed with and bite you. I take malaria pills, because I am often in places that have malaria-infested mosquitoes. Purell, because I’m constantly putting shoes on kids’ feet, and these are some of the dirtiest feet you’ve ever seen in your life.
R: Are there other ways, besides buying shoes, to get involved with TOMS?
BM: TOMS was built by college students. We have 38 full-time employees, 13 of who were once interns. We take on 20 interns a semester, and house and feed them. We also do a lot of externships. At Pepperdine, we gave students two main events to plan. They hosted a screening of a documentary film about TOMS and our business, and then they had an event called “Style Your Sole.” We gave them some plain white TOMS and they customized them with markers and additional fabric. It was a great night. The kids wore them around campus, which created awareness. You can buy a pair of shoes and that gives a child a pair, but if you really want to get involved there’re a number of ways to do it. We welcome that.
The limited-edition TOMS shoes for Rugby are available in all Rugby stores for $58. For more information on TOMS Shoes, check out their website, Facebook page.

How do I compose a soulmate into my life? You dont. Ive read overly of books that tell you how to do it, but I don t believe for a minute that you can place your cosmic order and your perfect ideal twin soul is going to arise just like that at your front door. It doesn t happen like that. You can open your heart and mind to finding a beautiful benevolent relationship, but chances are that using the word soulmate will almost jinx you from finding it. Why?
For many of us, when we think of a soulmate, we think of someone perfect. Someone who is gorgeous, brilliant, funny, naturally happy and kind. We think of someone who wants exactly the same things out of life that we want. We picture a meeting right out of the movies where both parties meet on the street and instantly fall madly head over heels in love. We think that there will never be any hostility beyond a weirdo debate over what colors to paint the baby s nursery. We imagine lovemaking that is so phenomenally perfect the first time that one cries from the sheer artistic beauty and telepathic oneness. All problems and challenges in our lives will suddenly melt away into faint memories due to our soulmate has arrived and their presence alone is so cosmic and amazing that all else pales in comparison.
Yeah, and if I say my affirmations with enough conviction, gold coins are going to start growing instead of dandelions in my meadow too! Wake up! If you re dreaming of that kind of a soulmate, then you need to rent some good movies and call it good. Love doesn t go like that and you know better. Look at it this way. You are the other half of that equation. Let s be bent on. If you are someone s soulmate, and they find you. Are you adequate of being that by much flawless and perfect for them? No of transmigration not. Nor are they. Soulmates are as mixed up and weird as you are. They may have the same flaws as you do or completely different ones. If you are holding out for that fantasy, then you are playing a psychological game with yourself. You have created an impossible dream to hide behind so that you don t have to really hazard falling in love with a real live human being, warts and all.
Yes, I do believe that there are extremely rare cases where one feels or knows there is a certain person they are meant to find and they are haunted by the need to find that one person. They are doomed to hunt for that arrow in a hay cache. But let s get serious, that isn t the criterion. We have all heard so much about soulmates that we just think it would be really cool. Well it s not. It sucks to spend a lifetime passing up real love with real people because somewhere out there is this voice calling your sign. You doubt your sanity and spend most of your life lonely and searching. Don t do it. Find real love with real people.
Change your understanding of soulmate. Call to yourself someone who is open and real. Chronicle to yourself someone who is genuine and play hardball of love on a real everyday level in a real everyday world where people get up and go to work and pament bills. Report to yourself someone who knows how to show and express their love without force and point games. Call forth a capacious kind of love. Recount forth a best crony that you can sit with in your rocking chair on the bravura porch when you re too old to make love anymore. Call someone who loves you enough to kick you in the butt when you re screwing up. Call forth someone who will shout from the rooftop when you are deserving of praise too. Narrate forth someone who is a dutiful and faithful girlfriend willing to learn and grow with you behind closed doors. Leave the rest to nemesis. Don t make clear them. Don t imagine the look of their face or the color of their eyes. Don t suggest anything else about them. Let them be exactly who they are and you be who you are. Then work on making yourself into the same type of person that I just described so that you ll be worthy of them when they show up.
When you go through your ceremonies, affirmations, and prayers for your soulmate, ask the heavens to help you to be open minded and to not appraiser what that person is supposed to be. Ask for a feeling of their essence so that you ll recognize it when you see them for real. How does it feel to be with them? If you had a perfect ideal partner, you wouldn t be able to relax and be yourself because they were not of the same force as you. Raise your own self to be your best and ask for a partner that matches your level of development so that you can grow together. You don t want to have a partner who is in every way biggety to you as they re perfect and you re only human do you?
Unless you can lighten up your heart of what a soulmate is, then you really shouldn t use the term. It will only bring you loneliness and heartache if you insist on waiting for perfection. The best let know I can give you if you want an amazing broad kind of love is to be healthy, happy, and independent. Quit worrying about when love will find you and get busy with living your life. Keep your heart open and your vision open for the possible love of a lifetime, but don t obsess over it. What is meant to be will be whether you particularize it to you or not. Call for help being a beautiful deity. Trust that the hang in will fall into place in it s own perfect time.

I will admit that there are a few fabulous things that have come from the tidal wave we all know as American Apparel. Im not sure I could live anymore without my American Apparel yoga pants, by far the best invention known to man.

And really, what would keep our Myspace free if it werent for those ten thousand American Apparel ads?

But why oh why must you give us the teeny tiny shirt/dress, American Apparel?

First, the shirt pocket frock. Now, I have no idea what a "frock" is, so I don't know how to classify this.

The big question in Brazil is what will Lewis Hamilton do if he finds himself behind Felipe Massa in Brazil. Will he sit back and accept being second-best for a day, or will his famed on-track aggression cause a major error chasing victory and throw away the Drivers Championship once again? Heres some statistics compiled by chickendinner that suggest the Brit is unlikely to win in Interlagos but should still win the Championship:
» Hamilton has followed just one of his last seven race wins with victory in the following Grand Prix.
» More worryingly, only one of the last six have been followed by a podium finish.
» There have only ever been three British victories at Interlagos - the last of which came in 2001. In comparison there have been six occasions where a Brazilian has taken the chequered flag.
» McLaren have won in Brazil just once in the last six years. Over that period Ferrari have been victorious on three occasions, each time with a different driver.
» Massa won this race in 2006 and finished 1.493 seconds behind Kimi Raikkonen. He led for much of the race and may have challenged more in the closing stages were he not doing a job for the team.
» Kimi Raikkonen should also play a part in hampering Hamilton. The Finn traditionally finishes strongly and has taken more points in the last two races than in the previous six combined. He has finished in the top two at Interlagos in four of the last five years.

In several Latin American social movements a new reading is emerging of the role being played by Pentecostal churches in poor urban neighborhoods and their political consequences. "Pentecostalism is the largest self-organized movement of urban poor in the world," according to the U.S. urban specialist Mike Davis. His opinions on this religious movement tend to be rejected outright by many leftist intellectuals. However, Davis is convinced that "many people on the left have made the mistake of assuming that Pentecostalism is a reactionary force-and it's not.

Brazilian Girls - Self-titled

The Alchemist first made some serious noise and gained critical acclaim as a producer with his work on Mobb Deep albums. “The Realest” featuring Kool G Rap on Mobb Deep’s Murda Muzik was a classic beat that became a classic song. The Alchemist soon began doing production for Infamous Mobb, Prodigy’s solo album, Big Noyd, and other Mobb affiliates. Eventually, his production became much better known. There was a serious riff between the Ras Kass and Alchemist because he sold the same beat to him and Jadakiss. These days, everybody from Nas to Dilated Peoples to Ghostface Killah to Freddie Foxxx to Guru has one or two Alchemist beats on their albums. He played a major role in the production for The Platform by Dilated Peoples. From “The Forest” on Ghostface’s Bulletproof Wallets to “Book Of Rhymes” from Nas’ God Son, Alchemist has been producing some extraordinary beats for some of the most respected and most hardcore emcees. All this time, there was hype of his solo production-driven album 1st Infantry. Originally, it was supposed to come out on Landspeed Records. There were some tracks released on the bonus CD of the Free Agents album by Mobb Deep. Fast forward to 2004, The Alchemist finally released 1st Infantry on Koch / ALC Records with guests ranging from Mobb Deep, Nas, The Lox, Devin The Dude, and Dilated Peoples. While The Alchemist did have some classic beats on these emcee’s albums, he saved some of his grittiest and hardest beats for his solo debut. The beats for “We Gone Make It” by Jadakiss and “The Forest” by Ghostface had an instant appeal. The beats on 1st Infantry are just as good but they grow on the listener more.
The best songs on 1st Infantry are the gritty tracks where The Alchemist sounds more comfortable. “Tick Tock” featuring Nas and Prodigy is a classic track that proves to be the hardest and best song on the album. The soulful, 70’s style loop creates a pimped-out gangsta atmosphere. Singing the melody, Nas handles the hook, Tick Tock this is for my n*ggaz in the Bridge, blocks / Comin through better hide your wristwatch  / Because n*ggaz well live they sh*ts pop / Hey hey / Tick Tock this is for my hoes make your hips rock / Light a L baby let the Crys pop / Get your Tick Tock from this hip hop, any day Having Nas and Prodigy on the same track, spitting gritty rhymes is simply wonderful. “Boost The Crime Rate” features Sheek and J-Hood rhyming gritty, criminal-minded lyrics over a truly ill beat. The electronic melody gives the track a sinister feel as Sheek steals the song with hardcore rhymes. The opening track, “Dead Bodies” features Prodigy (of Mobb Deep) and The Game (of G-Unit). The beat thumps hard as an electronic melody is added along with vocal scratching. Prodigy and The Game work well together. Right from the start, you can tell this is a gritty album. Prodigy rhymes, N*gga I tie your wife to a chair and blow that b*tch up / You better fire-proof your crib cuz Ill blow that sh*t up / Im about crime for real, this rap sh*t is luck There is no holding back and the hardcore expression is an essential element in hip-hop. Lloyd Banks (of G-Unit) gives a solid performance on “Bangers”. With his low vocal tone, he sings the hook reminiscent of his hit “Fire”. Devin The Dude adds diversity with his wonderful performance on “Where Can We Go” about a secret and adulterous affair. The tight 70’s style groove gives the song a dirty and classic feeling. M.O.P. give their usual adrenaline frenzied performance on “Stop The Show”.
A handful of tracks take some time to grow on the listener. The lead single, “Hold You Down” does have a smooth RB hook by Nina Sky but the verses by Prodigy and Illa Ghee make the song enjoyable. “It’s a Craze” with Mobb Deep has all of the ingredients of a dope track but it just does not hit as hard as it should. “D Block To QB” featuring Havoc, Noyd, Styles, and J-Hood should also be an incredible collaboration but ends up being merely decent. Other passable tracks include “For The Record” with Dilated Peoples and “The Essence” featuring The Lox.
Some songs can be automatically categorized as filler. “Different Worlds” is a novelty track where Alchemist raps along side Twin from Infamous Mobb about how different their lifestyles were. While Twin was robbing and selling drugs, Alchemist was nice and paid attention in school. The song is entertaining for one listen but the novelty soon wears off since Twin is a much more experienced emcee. The sad “Strength Of Pain” features the singing of Chinky for an entire track. Unfortunately, the song disrupts the flow of the album. Alchemist attempts to satisfy the Southern hip-hop nation with “Pimp Squad” with T.I. and P$C, but it results in being filler. The skits on 1st Infantry are somewhat clever but they quickly become skip-worthy after the first listen.
After many years and multiple labels, Alchemist’s debut solo LP 1st Infantry is a solid product with some minor flaws. Even though 1st Infantry has a solid guest list with minor variety, it would have been cool to hear some more diverse collaboration. Devin The Dude and Dilated Peoples add a different flavor to the mix but Alchemist has done amazing work with Ghostface Killah, Kool G Rap, Snoop Dogg, and Ras Kass. With more diversity, the album would be much more entertaining. Queens has been the backbone of his work and the borough is represented fully with multiple appearances. Mobb Deep and Nas always shine bright on Alchemist’s production and nothing has changed on this LP. 1st Infantry is an album that grows on the listener with time. When Alchemist did production on albums for other artists, his songs stood out and instantly satisfied. On 1st Infantry, the loops and beats tend to creep into the listener’s mind instead of making an instant hit. This aspect gives the LP a longer replay value. It is a generally satisfying collection of collaborations with some surprises and some filler tracks. Alchemist has proven that he could produce a solid LP; knowing that 1st Infantry is Alchemist’s first solo LP concoction, his future musical elixirs will be worth taking.

Sometimes you can find artistic inspiration in the simplest of places, like the lines of light which come through window blinds. Some people think art has no place in porn, but we figure it all makes for nice pictures, so we don't sweat it. Today's turned out really well, so I figured you guys should see it. We got this adorable shemale named Lavita to come by the studio. She's perfect. She's a skinny chick with really lovely tits and long black hair. Anyway, we've got her posted up right next to the window and the sun is coming through the blinds in just such a way as to cast little white stripes all over her body. She's super fucking hot and you need to give it a look.
