Following their testing time on the reailty show m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were able to fit in some five star luxury at the Four Seasons resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
The day before returning to Los Angeles (June 12), the co-star couple strolled along the sand, with Heidi stopping to pick up some sea shells on the shoreline.

Actor Tom Sizemore, who co-starred in Heat, may be feeling a bit hot under the collar. He was arrested on a drug warrant earlyThursday in the Hollywood Hills.
So what narcotic adventure sent the 47-year-old to the slammer? Well, unlike Elizabeth Taylor, we dont exactly know because he hasnt been tweeting his every move. But we do know he was arrested in connection with a 2007 drug case from Bakersfield, California.
He was sentenced to drug therapy treatment and probation after a May 2007 arrest in the Central California city ... where he was charged with seven drug-related counts. According to court records, a Bakersfield judge revoked Sizemores probation in April.
Even though Sizemore has a sizeable film career --with credits such as Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down and Natural Born Killers to his name --several members of his entourage, including managers and attorney, said they no longer represent the star.
Sizemores past hasnt been peachy either. He was convicted of domestic violence involving his former girlfriend Heidi Fleiss -- also known as the former Hollywood Madam. Sizemore was also convicted of possessing methamphetamine in 2004 and a string of arrests followed.
Sizemore is no stranger to a sticky situation, but if you thought was his middle name, youd be wrong ... Its Edward.

Two months ago, when Britney Spears embarked on her first concert tour in almost five years, she was joined by two of her biggest — and littlest! — supporters: her young sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.
And now that Brit is wrapping up the North American leg of her tour, OK! can exclusively reveal that the pop superstar will continue to have her boys cheering her on when she heads to Europe in June.
In an exclusive interview in the next issue of OK! — on sale everywhere Thursday — Mark Vincent Kaplan, attorney for Brit’s ex-husband Kevin Federline reveals that his client is “more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour.”
Kaplan admits that, though Kevin has custody of the two boys, he realizes that Britney “should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career. Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys’ regular schedule, even though she’s on tour.”

Back in 2006, I went to a reentry seminar hosted by Professor Charles Ogletree at Harvard University. The three days I spent there had a profound impact on me, and I draw on the experience often as I go about my work of trying to assist those returning home from incarceration.
I know that some of my readers feel that I’m involved in this kind of work because of an affinity for the population, since I myself was formerly incarcerated (five times over a 29-year career as a credit card counterfeiter; I speak so openly about it that some even accuse me of being proud of that part of my past — I’m not. But I have paid for my crimes with those five incarcerations, so if the fact that I’m a former convict bothers you, you deal with it, that’s not my problem, and I’m not going to allow you to make it mine). The simple fact is, I’m more concerned with keeping my dollars in my wallet. If we don’t do something about the recidivism rate our prisons are going to put us collectively into the poor house. California is already $8 billion in the red over prison costs. But there are real answers out there.

Through a “tweet” on Twitter.com today, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND have announced that they are giving away their new single, “Funny the Way It Is,” as a free download for one week. Dave (@davejmatthews) and bassist Stefan Lessard (@slessard) are both very active on Twitter, keeping touch with their huge fanbase and decided it was the perfect place to get the word out. The song comes off their upcoming album, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King, which hits stores on June 2nd. It will be the bands first studio album since the death of saxophonist LeRoi Moore last summer. The GrooGrux King in the album title refers to Moore’s nickname within the group. Matthews created all of the artwork for Big Whiskey, including the richly detailed cover illustration that puts a GrooGrux spin on New Orleans’ traditional Mardi Gras parades while evoking the joy and the sorrow expressed in the album’s songs. Matthews has designed logos and other elements in the past, but this is the first time he has created the entire packaging for a Dave Matthews Band album.
Guitarist Tim Reynolds will play on the album, making it his first recording with DMB since 1998’s Before These Crowded Streets. The album was produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Goo Goo Dolls). Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King will also feature the recording debuts of Rashawn Ross who joined the band in 1996 but hadn’t played on any of their studio releases yet and Moore’s replacement, saxophonist Jeff Coffin who also is a member of Béla Fleck and the Flecktones. DMB just released a trailer for the new album which can be seen below.
Dave Matthews Band kicks off its 2009 tour tonight with a show at Madison Square Garden in New York City and will be on the road through October 2nd. Though he is not listed on the Circus tour program, Britney hires a lip-sync coordinator.
The lip-sync coordinator’s job is to make sure that all the pre-recorded music and vocals are in place. It’s being reported that Britney’s lip-sync coordinator nearly walked out after her show in Vancouver, the same one where she walked off stage because there was too much smoke.
“Rumor has it that the lip-sync coordinator has been spending way too much time changing the tapes so Britney doesn’t mess up and feels he’s not being paid enough,” according to the report.
We don’t really know what happens backstage, and we shouldn’t, but I’m sure Britney will work things out.

X17online can confirm that Britney has been called to testify on behalf of Jon Eardley, Esq., the attorney she reportedly hired to help disentangle her from her fathers clutches.
Jamie accused Eardley of harassing Brit in paperwork filed for the restraining orders against Sam and Adnan.
The papers claim that Lutfi and Ghalib, through Eardley, were trying to gain control of Brits affairs. Eardley is insisting that Britney appear at his trial to testify whether or not she authorized him to act as her attorney and whether or not he has actually caused her emotional distress.
An X17online reporter heard a recorded conversation between Britney and Eardley from last year, in which Britney told the attorney she wanted her life back and that she would accept his help in accomplishing that. That conversation (and others which have surfaced since then), certainly support his claim that hes only acting on her wishes.
If she does take the stand, which Eardley argues shes certainly fit to do, will this be Britneys opportunity to tell the truth and get out from underneath her fathers thumb once and for all? Or will Jamie find another way to keep her under his control?
I hope she finally gets the chance to speak to the public about this! Its been over a year since her fathers been her conservator, I seriously doubt she could still be considered a danger to herself and others at this point.

Talk about leg work! I stood in the line wrapped around Broome and Broadway, anticipating the opening of Topshop for about an hour yesterday. Brushing economic misery aside, my fellow shoppers and I chatted about our excitement, despite the stores twice delayed opening. Many wanted to get a feel for the prices; some wanted to dive head-first into the loud music and bold British fashions.
Several people were holding on tight to the gift cards that had been handed out all over the city, stuffed in a canvas bag filled with more Topshop goodies, prior to the grand opening. Some of the cards were worth up to $500, some just $5, but the catch was that they were only redeemable on the day of the opening.
So, there I was, finally at the door, stepping into the first American branch of the store. This 100-year-old building in SoHo was renovated into a four-story mayhem of sequence, feathers, floral prints, zippers, stilettos, leather, denim and fringes: every girls dream. I have never seen such British bling in the hands of New York shoppers. I must say, this glam-o-house was worth the wait and all the hype.
While many were disappointed in their $10 gift cards after an hourlong wait, I took my $5 gift card, added to my 10 percent student discount (available for all students, all year), and walked out with a reduced-priced black sweater with leather patches and fringes the next best thing in my closet from the next best place to shop in the Big Apple.

Of those crossing state lines for the party, Dave Alvin revs up the great Dynamite Woman, and singer Little Willie G. of Chicano rock legends Thee Midniters shows how Sahms 1965 Top 10 hit s About a Mover would have sounded if it had come out of East Los Angeles instead of central Texas.

Britney Spears Surprises Kids At Miami Hospital
Pop star Britney Spears flew into Miami today via private jet and landed in the hospitalbut its not what you think.
Spears stopped by Miami Childrens Hospital for a surprise visit with sick kids and to donate $100,000 to the hospitals Big Apple Circus Clown Care, a community outreach program that brings the joys of the circus to hospitalized children at 19 leading pediatric facilities across the United States.
Pediatric radiologist Ricardo Restrepo and Lee Schrager, Director of Media for Southern Wine and Spirits America, arranged for the singer to visit the hospital, saying the circus theme of her tour was a natural tie in for a hospital with clowns.
Spears was with her dad, Jamie, who has been keeping her on a literal tight rope since the pop tart kicked off her Circus tour in New Orleans last week. Although papa Spears tried to prevent us from snapping any shots, we managed to snag one of Brit, who looked surprisingly fresh, dewy and poised, if not a little robotic.
The singer posed for photos with kids, barely spoke beyond Say cheese, and was in and out in literally ten minutes. But thats OK shes busy. Tonight, Brit brings her Circus show to the American Airlines Arena in Miami.
Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Britneys mom Lynne and baby sister Jamie Lynn flew a separate jet into Miami to join her tonight. Those hoping Brit will go batty in Miami tonight should look elsewhere for train wreck material (such as the Seminole Hard Rock where Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are trashing a party)-as it is clear her dad has her under serious surveillance.

Certainly the Spears I met seven years ago at his isolated bungalow on a dirt road in rural Kentwood, Louisiana, didnt seem the most sensitive of souls. In a terrifying encounter that lasted four hours, Britneys father subjected me to a hostile drunken monologue while refusing to let me leave. Every time I got up to go, he picked up a large carving knife and theatrically stabbed it into the wooden table at which we were sitting.

Two growling alsatians, a rottweiler and a man Spears claimed was a prowled the creaky back porch, which had been converted into a makeshift redneck bar complete with illuminated Budweiser sign, beer and whiskey. An airgun lay in front of Spears.
He had been drinking heavily and was chewing Kodiak tobacco and showed me round the little house where Britney grew up while his cooked a huge iron pan of crayfish outside on a camping stove. Surprisingly, the inside of the house was immaculate, almost as though no one lived there. It was also a rather spooky shrine to his famous daughter, with framed pictures, magazine covers, platinum records, concert posters and even used ticket stubs covering almost every available inch of space.
